Aqua Arthritis - Designed to reduce pain and stiffness as well as increase range of motion.
Aqua Exercise - Invigorating water workout providing aerobic conditioning with little stress to joints.
Aqua Fit - Experience a complete body workout combining aqua aerobics with upper and lower body conditioning.
Aqua Toning - Uses water's built in resistance to strengthen, sculpt and tone all major muscles.
Basic Toning - Exercises are adaptable for most fitness levels, and all ages are welcome. This basic strength/flexibility class is a great compliment/addition to any morning aerobic fitness routine (swimming, walking, treadmill, bike) with athe added benefit of support through group exercise.
Boot Camp - The ultimate cross training workout. Circuit class alternating strength and aerobic exercise.
Cardio Dance - Dance away the calories to this high energy movement class.
Fit Walk - Get your heart and muscles pumping. Meet in gym for 45 minutes of brisk walking and stretching.
Pilates - Strengthening and stretching exercises using mind body connection focusing on core development.
PIYO - Combination of Pilates and Yoga poses providing flexibility, balance and stress reduction.
Spinning - Guided indoor cycling workout. Classes are 45 minutes.
Stability Ball - Use of an extra large inflatable orb to improve balance while targeting specific muscle groups.
Stretch & Tone - Variety of standing and floor exercises designed to strengthen and tone muscles.
Total Body Lift - Sculpt and strengthen every major muscle group using resistance equipment and hand weights.
Yoga - Improve body tone/definition, flexibility; reduce stress by integrating the body and mind.
ZUMBA - Fuses hypnotic musical rhythms and tantalizing moves to create a dynamic workout system designed to be fun and easy to do.
