Aqua Classes
Aqua Arthritis - Designed increase range of motion, reduce pain and stress.

Aqua Toning - Uses water’s built in resistance to strengthen, tone and sculpt muscles.

Aqua Exercise - Invigorating water workout providing aerobic conditioning with little stress to joints,

Aqua Fit - Experience a complete body water workout combining intense cardio and strength conditioning.

Gym Classes
Boot Camp - The ultimate cross training workout, hard core interval training alternating cardio and strength training.

Fit Walk - Get your heart and muscles pumping with brisk  walking in a group.

ZUMBA - Fuses hypnotic music with tantalizing moves to create a dynamic workout designed to be fun and easy.

Group Exercise Classroom
Basic Toning - Toning for the entire body using a weighted bar and dumbells for resistance. Watch your body change as your weights and strength increase.

Cardio Dance - Dance away the calories to this high energy movement class.  Guaranteed to increase your endurance as well as your muscle definition.

Yoga - A total body workout that develops strength, balance and flexibility using traditional Yoga poses.

Pilates - This class is a total body workout.  It is a unique system of toning and stretching the muscles to improve posture and provide flexibility and balance.  Unites the body and the mind to create a more streamlined shape.

PIYO - Combination of Pilates and yoga poses providing flexibility, balance and stress reduction.

Stability Ball - Get on the ball and get moving!  Utilizes the stability ball throughout for total-body muscle sculpting. Challenges core, balance and stability muscles.

Spinning - A great cardiovascular workout with a stationary racing bike as the median. The tension  on each bike adjusts to accommodate all levels of riders, ensuring a comfortable and challenging workout for each participant.

Stretch & Tone - Improve posture, flexibility and balance.  Also includes a variety of standing and floor exercises designed to strengthen and tone muscles. 

Total Body Lift - This class offers strengthening and sculpting exercises targeting all major muscle groups.  Classes incorporate exercises using a variety of resistance equipment.
